DEFINITIONS

In these terms and conditions, “Makeup By Leena” refers to the service provider, and “Client” refers to the individual or entity engaging the services.

BOOKING – WEDDING DAY MAKEUP/HAIR

To secure Makeup/Hair services for a wedding day, a non-refundable deposit is required. The remaining balance is due on the wedding day before services commence.

BOOKING – OTHER MAKEUP/HAIR/LESSONS

For bookings other than wedding day services, payment terms will be agreed upon during the booking process.

TRAVEL EXPENSES FOR BOOKINGS WITHIN THE MAINLAND UK

Travel expenses within the mainland UK are included in the service fee.

TRAVEL EXPENSES FOR BOOKINGS OUTSIDE OF THE MAINLAND UK

For bookings outside the mainland UK, additional travel expenses may apply. These will be communicated and agreed upon during the booking process.

ACCOMMODATION & SUBSISTENCE EXPENSES FOR BOOKINGS WITHIN THE MAINLAND UK

Accommodation and subsistence expenses within the mainland UK are not included and will be invoiced separately if necessary.

ACCOMMODATION & SUBSISTENCE EXPENSES FOR BOOKINGS OUTSIDE OF THE MAINLAND UK

For bookings outside the mainland UK, the Client is responsible for providing accommodation and subsistence for the duration of the services.

PAYMENT – HAIR/MAKEUP

Payment for Makeup/Hair services is accepted via the agreed-upon method stated in the invoice. Late payments may incur additional charges.

CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY

The Client is responsible for providing accurate information regarding allergies, sensitivities, or any other relevant health information. The Client must communicate any changes to the booking well in advance.

COMPANY RESPONSIBILITY

“Makeup By Leena” is responsible for providing the agreed-upon services at the specified time and location.

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

Cancellations made by the Client may result in the loss of the deposit or incur additional charges, depending on the timing of the cancellation. “Makeup By Leena” reserves the right to cancel or reschedule services due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, efforts will be made to accommodate the Client’s needs.

GIFT VOUCHERS

Gift vouchers are non-refundable and must be used within the specified validity period.

PHOTOGRAPHY & USE OF IMAGES

“Makeup By Leena” reserves the right to use photographs of completed work for promotional purposes, unless otherwise agreed upon with the Client.

CHANGES TO SERVICES AND PRICES

Prices and services are subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect confirmed bookings.

ADDITIONAL IMPORTANT DETAILS

Any additional important details specific to a booking will be communicated and agreed upon during the booking process.

By engaging the services of “Makeup By Leena,” the Client agrees to these terms and conditions. “Makeup By Leena” reserves the right to amend these terms at any time without prior notice. It is the Client’s responsibility to review and accept the current terms before each booking.
